Ten Years Later. . . . .

"Peek-a-boo, peek-a-boo," Teddy played with his three year old daughter, Sugardust.

"Daddy," Sugardust laughed. Teddy chased her around the couch, he grabbed her, and as the fell to the couch he hugged and kissed her.

"Breakfast is ready," Sweetheart stood in the doorway smiling at her family.

"Go get mommy," Sugardust ran to Sweetheart's arms.

Teddy grabbed the daily paper and mail to look over during breakfast.

"This smells wonderful, Sweets," He kissed her and sat down, "Look at this."

"What?"

"It's an invitation to our ten year high school reunion."

"Oh, I can't wait to see everyone again," Sweetheart excitedly sat down and grabbed the invitation from Teddy.

"Who's going to watch our little girl?" Teddy smiled at Sugardust, who sat quietly eating her pancakes.

"My mom or one of my sisters will watch her. That way we won't have to pay a baby sitter. We can't really afford it right now. Speaking of money, are you working overtime today?"

"Yes dear," Teddy continued looking through the mail, "Oh lookie at this. We got a post card from Melody."

"Well at least she hasn't forgotten about us as she tours the country with her band, Magenta Dream. I do think it's wonderful she's living out her dream of being a musician."

"I know what you mean, every time I turn on the radio it's one of Magenta Dream's songs," Teddy paused for a second, "Is this what you wanted Sweetheart?"

"How could you ask that? I couldn't ask for anything more then this. This what I've wanted all along, to have a family with you. And we have the most beautiful daughter in the world," Teddy gave Sweetheart a hug and a kiss.

"Well I'm headed to work," Teddy finished his last bite of his pancakes, "And what do my two princesses have planned today?"

"Oh some food shopping and probably a trip to the playground," Sweetheart and Teddy both watched Sugardust's face light up as she heard the word playground.

Teddy hugged and kissed his wife and daughter goodbye as he headed out the door to his welding job.
