Brighteyes pulled into Bonbon's driveway around 11:45 on Saturday, honking the horn. She noticed Bonbon in her bedroom window yelling that she needed one more minute. After about three minutes, Bonbon finally stepped out the front door.

"Woah Bonbon, looking good," commented Brighteyes as Bonbon got into her car.

"You think so," Bonbon sweetly smiled, "I don't even dress up this much for Spinner," she pulled down the visor to check her makeup in the mirror.

The two girls talked and laughed on the forty-five minute drive to Flower Valley. Bonbon informed Brighteyes that she had a feeling that something great was going to happen. It's going to be the big break she's been waiting for. Once they got there, Brighteyes planned on waiting in the car, doing some extra credit for history.

"Please Brighteyes, come on. I need you with me," pleaded Bonbon.

"Okay, okay, just stop the begging."

Brighteyes and Bonbon entered through the front doors of the modeling agency. They were in awe as they gazed at all the pictures of the models on the walls. Bonbon imagined her picture hanging on the very wall they were staring at.

"Oh you are so beautiful. You will make a wonderful model," said the pony at the front desk as she handed Brighteyes a clipboard with the application.

"What, no, she's the model you're looking for," Brighteyes pushed Bonbon up to the desk and grabbed the clipboard from her.

"You might want to think about it," she suggested to Brighteyes.

The girls entered the orientation room to fill out the application and see the other ponies who dream of becoming models. Bonbon tried not to let Brighteyes see how that comment earlier bothered her. They took their seats in the second row and Bonbon began filling out the paperwork.

"Psstt, hey do you think Mel and Sweetheart would mind if I put their names down to be models?"

"No. I think they have you fill out those spots so they know you have friends," Bonbon smiled at Brighteyes' joke.

The presentation went quite well. The ponies learned a lot about the modeling industry. Brighteyes tried her best not to fall asleep, but she was bored out of her mind. She was soon startled by Bonbon grabbing her arm in a nervous panic.

"What's your problem?"

"They want us to read a couple of lines from a commercial while they record us on video!"

"So, what's the big deal?"

"I can't do that," shrieked Bonbon.

"Relax Bonbon. Modeling is a form of acting. If you crack under the pressure, you're never going to make it in this business. Now deep breathes and relax," Bonbon did as she was told and began to calm down.

"Cherry, your turn. Bonbon you're on deck," announced the agent.

Hearing her name, made all the nervous feelings return. Brighteyes and Bonbon entered the hallway to await her turn.

"Bonbon, this is so simple, watch," Brighteyes grabbed the paper with the various commercial lines from Bonbon.

"I've got the urge to herbal," Brighteyes started singing and flinging her hair around like they do in the commercial. Bonbon started to giggle at they way she was acting.

"Brighteyes is a terrible model" thought Bonbon.

Just as Brighteyes finished her pretend commercial, the agent had opened the door and heard everything. In awe of her little performance, he had made a decision.

"You, we want to sign you," he exclaimed starring Brighteyes in the face.

"Me?"

"Her?"
